So many brain bombs. I like to mix in fiction with it but good shelf/10.

And I've read that many books already this year OP, where's the rest?

Two very fun and eye opening non fiction books:
Narconomics
Why We Sleep

For a fiction novella that will resonate with you for a very, very long time, read "The Machine Stops" by E. M. Forster. Absolutely insane that it came out over 100 years ago, it reads like modern scifi.

And because it's so old, it's in the public domain! Enjoy for free here:

Great suggestions! I read Why We Sleep last year. It was a great book but some parts were tough to get through. Overall, it was a good read. THe others I'll def check out. Thanks!

Oh, that one. You say omnipresent, yet that God does not manifest itself in reality in any detectable way. Therefore it's indistinguishable from a god that doesn't exist. I'm not saying a god or group of gods doesn't exist. I'm not making any positive claims... I will withhold my belief in anything supernatural until there is sufficient enough evidence to prove its existence.

Carrier is great. I've listened to a ton of his debates. Actually thought about picking up On The Historicity of Jesus, but didn't pull the trigger. The book you proposed sounds better.
