I've worked for a company that has a lot of Chinese and I've worked for a company that was primarily owned and run by Indians.

In terms of sheer drive/greed/motivation, discipline, ruthlessness and cooperation, the Chinese will win over the Indians hands down. It's not even a competition. This is because as overly self-important as a typical Chinese person is, when it comes to money, they are willing to put aside pride and cooperate as a group to get things done.

Indians, when they congregate in large groups, tend to be disorganized and are incapable of cooperating as a group to work towards a common goal. As individuals, Indians are smart, capable, diligent and capable of getting things done. But when they congregate together with other Indians, it becomes nothing but constant bickering and in-fighting.

Indians tend to excel when they either work alone, in small groups, or in large groups with non-Indians. Chinese on the other hand can work well in a small group or large group, with or without other Chinese, or they can function independently.

In this regard, I find the Chinese to be far more versatile, flexible and more likely to succeed.

To answer the thread question "Will Indians become the dominant super power?" I honestly don't think so because of their lack of unity. This lack of unity must be a byproduct of their Caste system.

If China and Russia aren't in the equation I actually think Mexico might become a super power.
