Cannot move arm wat do?

Poked delt with muscletech cell tech now cannot move arm no swelling or anything.

Wat do?

Could’ve gotten your supraspinatus tendon. Comes right under your AC joint and into your humerus. That’ll do it.

No, only went in 1 inch max and it was right on mid delt. It's like the joint became inflamed for some reason after.

There are cases of vaccine injections basically paralysing arms for months due to inflammation maybe this is what's going on

Look: either you nicked the axillary nerve or your supraspinatus tendon. Not much else is going on in there.

I’d you’re talking about the Rona vaccine injection, that will cause a localized inflammatory response which leads to “dead arm” for around 24-hours.

Other sticks in that region will not cause that reactive phase.

If you’re that worried just get evaluated by your fam med doc on Monday.

Like can’t lift shoulder laterally or whole arm is paralyzed?
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.
