Low protein is the secret to aesthetics year round.
Low protein is the secret to adhering to a caloric deficit. I literally eat 100g to 120g of protein per day. I aim for 1.3x to 1.4x bw in kg. So much calories left over to eat carbs and fats and allows me to go out to restaurants on weekends.
Try a caloric deficit for 4 weeks with low protein.. What's the worst that would happen in 4 weeks that can't be "reversed" ? Been lean since 2018

Never would f with the misc. Not when it comes to lifting atleast
Ignore macros, they are irrelevant. Once minimum protein achieved, you're golden. Fitness industry puts macro ratio / breakdown to sell you an unnecessary service.
1. Cals in vs cals out
2. Each meal = food you enjoy, nothing less
3. Hit minimum protein
4. Be patient.

Lmao wtf man. I'm short, so what ? Legit the only place height is a problem is on the internet or perhaps America ? Looooool
That is low. Literally achieved by eating 100 grams of chicken breast and 100 grams of ground beef. Trace protein from carbs and fats make up the rest, sometimes reach 140 grams without even trying
In anycase, just trying to help you see how easy caloric deficits / maintenance can be..

brb havenβt met one vaxcel who doesnβt get defensive or mad when you tell them you didnβt get it.
No βvaxβ for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a βvaxβ is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it β¦.

*Edit NVM. You don't look 5'6, trolling or weird matrix angles?
Great progress. Losing that puffy round face is a huge aesthetic changer.
