Girlfriend got chlamydia even though i got treated

Title says it all. Serious

Basically, I got Chlamydia a 7 months ago from some sloot. I got treated with antibiotics 6 months ago. First fked gf 1 month ago. Girlfriend has UTI symtoms. Gets urine test and comes back that urine has red and white blood cells in it so the doctor is now testing her for Chlamydia. ****ting myself because I don't have symptoms and gf doesn't know I've had it before. She's also ever fked one dude before so if anyone, its me. Do I tell her I've had it and I've been treated for it or do I act surprised and act like I didn't know leaving out the part that I've had it before. ****....

You should get re-tested to make sure you're clean. Not sure but can't some of these STD's be antibiotic resistant?

I've had it a few times.
There is a chance antibiotics didn't work.
I also had a girl accuse me of giving it to her. Got anbiotics from doc then 2 days later he calls and says my test was negative. Called her out and she admitted it.

Never had any symptoms myself so without a test no way of knowing if you did or didnt have it.

So if you were treated appropriately it is HIGHLY unlikely you still have it. Docs are supposed to recheck 3 months after the infection for a re-infection because they've seen that a lot of people will go on fuking an infected partner or someone who doesn't know they are infected and get re-infected after treatment.

And you would be dumb as fuk to tell her until she has her results... RBCs and WBCs in the urine can be from a regular UTI...

Frankly if she has it and you were treated and then didn't bang any new girls after - its just as likely she picked it up from another dude as you having been treated and still being infected.
