Soccer players have lots of technique (not even more than hockey but whatever) but it's not a physical sport like hockey. Only hockey requires all of these different athleticisms at once in order to be good.

Dude is STILL a top ranked player even though hes about 10 years older than a typical tennis player retires at.

No, theres no physical contact in tennis but its easily the most physically demanding sport except maybe 12 rounds of boxing. Not only is the extreme conditioning required but tennis also incorporates an extreme diversity of athletic movement. To top all of that off you also have to have extreme coordination and decision making skills.

Tennis is like combining the coordination of baseball, with the endurance of a 4 hour soccer match on coke, and the decision making of a quarterback

i agree with you a lil bit. def. a little more frequent agility and possibly a lil more skill in keeping the tennis ball within the lines

but as far as hitting the tennis ball? to compare it to baseball would be like trying to hit the tennis ball with a racket only the size of the tennis ball

real tennis racket has way more surface area and is thus way easier to hit

a baseball bat barrel is only the size of the baseball
