Picard?

Picard is too by the book for my tsste a captsin/commander i believe has to know when it is appropriate to bend and break rules and regulations.

If you cant see the grey area when one is there then you are simply programed in my eyes.

Knowing when to bend i believe is essential to getting the outcome you want
