How Important is Maintaining A Diet Catered Towards Your Blood Type?

As I'm getting into my 30's, I'm beginning to notice my body being sensitive towards certain foods/drinks and lifestyles.

I just discovered my blood type for the first time ever (lol) and the doc said it would be wise to research my blood type and follow what I read.

A+ blood type:

It's not important at all. I mean, you may have some sensitivities here and there that are unique to whatever about you (copious amounts of dairy and me are a no go, that's just the way it is) but blood type diets have been debunked over and over again.

Okay, thanks for the input lol.

Doc said I'm healthier than a horse. She was blown away by the good results... Just a bit of "adrenal fatigue"/low cortisol. Probably due to stress and sugars. Showed me a graph saying people with low cortisol and adrenal fatigue are sluggish in the mornings. That's definitely me.

Eating for your age is more important. As you age your ability to use simple carbs diminishes.

I could eat a whole loaf of bread as a kid then go run it off. Now....

Dammit, I actually typed out "my ND senses are tingling" and then deleted it. You're getting taken for a ride, and it really should give you pause that a bunch of miscers are more knowledgable than your notadoctor.
