What's the deal with bitcoin

Allright hear.me out *******s I got 20k in bitcoin myself because I don't want to miss out.

Since bitcoins are so great we all want some
Everyone keeps saying it's the way of the future blah blah blah.
I don't fully understand how ,,,mining,, works but to my understanding ,,mining,, just confirms all the transactions twice..
As of today the carbon footprint of bitcoin is bigger then Netherlands, and there ain't dick for transactions, basically people buying illegal stuff online like OJ paying with coins. I have bought some viagra before and paid with coins.

If the belief is that bitcoin will become used for everyday transactions at target to buy a pack of tampons the ,,mining,, will multiply by x1000000000
The demand for electricity will be so high they will need to build transmission. Lines to the ,,mines,, you guys are out of your fuking minds if you believe this will ever happen.
Bitcoin will crash hard like last time

Biden will not allow it since it's so ,,dirty,,

I doubt it'll ever be used for every day purchases because there's not really a point. Why should I use bitcoin, which can fluctuate in value so wildly, when I could just put stuff on a credit/debit card? Even for online purchases, why would I use bitcoin over a card when if fraud occurs, I don't pay a cent for the fraud? If you pay someone in bitcoin and they rip you off, you're out of luck.

Right now it's going up based on speculation. I doubt it'll ever be completely useless, but it'll never replace currency

You get on any bitcoin pump site and that's what most of them preach.. bitcoin is the future, I personally think it's the biggest pump and dump of the human kind

I think it’s going to take a couple years for their QNX chit to start bringing in profits

Basically all of their partnerships are for future products that will use BB systems

I’m basically throwing in 100$ every paycheck

In 3-5 years it should trading 100+

Long term, Bitcoin could be garbage, but it's tempting as hell to ride the waves.

There are some out there who really believe it will get to 1 million+.

At this price, I'd be happy to sell at 200k.
