I have some bad news... diversity officer, diversity trainer, etc. was the role/title that increased the most in 2020 and its not even close. This isn’t going away and it’ll only get worse. Meanwhile people will continue to tell us that there’s no agenda.

Yeah ironically one of the side benefits of greed is that corporations actually don't care so long as it doesn't affect their operations and profits. Once such activism affects that they will not tolerate it.

I have a friend who sits on the board of a medium medical organization with 1500 employees. They had a long time employee who transitioned from male to "female" who then expected others to use the proper pronouns, use female facilities, etc. Eventually this caused multiple HR complaints from him/her and others and issues leading to this employee's termination. He/she then sued for discrimination and the lawsuit dragged on for 3 years. In the end the ex-employee lost the case but you bet this medical organization will think twice before hiring a tranny again.

I really don't think it's fake. This is a learning path with LinkedIn as their vendor and the Coca-Cola branding is in the upper right of the path. It's a publicly viewable path if you utilize LinkedIn Learning. That's how these models are setup, any organization can pay to access the path and put however many people through it.

It seems like the company CEO should come out and explicitly deny doing this, condemn it for being racist, distance themselves from it, even if they didn't know it was happening etc. That is exactly how it would have to be handled if it stated something like "be less black". The double standards are just pressing people's buttons and making things worse for everyone in the country.

I did the same earlier today. Absolutely crickets from large subreddits.
