I’m also leaner then I’ve ever been. I looked at the strength standards for powerlifting and my max would probably not be far from “Elite”, which is pretty cool.

Shoulders have always been my best lift though.

I’m barely pushing at all. I can still do close to the same with perfect form. I don’t lock out because it takes away the tension. Also to the people that call me out, i want to see them do better at the same bodyweight.

Your one rep max is nowhere close to what you think it is. The first rep is from a dead stop, and all the others get a stretch reflex. It's like using a 1RM calculator for touch and go deadlifts. You could do 135 for 10 reps and not even get 160lbs
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

Pretty dece for 155. Tbone is right tho there’s some leg movement in there and it ain’t quite locking out at the top. Should be easy to fix though

I’ve maxed out before though and hit 150 pretty easy, lock out and all. That was also a while ago.

This is why people that lift aren't posting on the misc anymore. Post even just one video then people start posting chit like that. Tempted to report cause this is why the misc is going downhill

It's not about locking out, but about hitting as much of the delt as possible. You're working mostly front delts the way you're pressing. Get your head under the bar.

Nice reps. You ever do seated OHP? I switched from standing to seated and I feel like it def isolates shoulders more.

Not bad srs. But yes as others have said, change your form and lock out at top.

Push your head through at the top, lean back slightly while keeping yourself tight and squeezing the phuck out of your glutes.

Thanks man. Yeah i do seated, but i use dumbbells because it gives me better flexibility and hits side delts better.

Locking out is putting your delts through the full movement (good for shoulder health) and your triceps will be come into play fully. You dont want to increase your weight and only do partials for delts when your lockout will be disproportionately weak if youre not incorporating your triceps fully

Cool man i’ll try it and see how it feels. I’m curious to see how many reps i can hit with lockout.
