For stir fry I use Kikkoman or La Choy Teriyaki Marinade.

this + oyster sauce, rice wine and beef/chicken bouillon

your typical "restaurant-style brown sauce" is just oyster sauce, beef broth, soy sauce, shaoxing wine and sugar plus some corn starch slurry to thicken but you can pretty much toss a bit of any of those ingredients into a stir fry and come out with something good. i don't recommend bottled pre-made sauces cause they're just bottled sugar usually. just make your own and throw it in a bottle in the fridge, it'll probably keep as long as it takes for you to use it

For store bought stir fry sauce it's Mr Yoshidas or fukk your mother.

If you want low sugar make your own.

OP try out the Black PEPPER (not the far more common black bean) sauce from Lee Kum Kee.

Very peppery and flavorful. We do it with chicken broccoli peppers etc over rice. Really good and piss simple.
Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.

MrWhiskey24 for jolly cooperation (PS)
