They always know how to cook and the food is good
Usually interesting personality
Usually cute (but you know that before going in so whatever)
Not easy

Cons:
Will tell you constantly how much better things are in Italy even if they were born here and have spent like 2 weeks total there
They want you to become part of their family and work for their dad or some chit
