It's my birthday.. only request is to know your Blood pressure.. Srs
Boyos, turning 39. Das not it mane.
I give blood 2 times a year, and checked in today, they denied me due to blood pressure of 129 /105 . Tested again after 10 mins of waiting, got 140/102 ( Interdasting )
I stay between 170 - 180 lbs for weight. 5 foot 10 inch. Some stomach fat, decent muscle but not like in my 20's
Need to lose some weight for sure, I've been off sugar for a while, but Holidays got me. And the Freaking freeze last week in Texas, ate like a pig.
What you ya'll typically get during check ups/ BP tests?
Will rep for serious answer.

Bday reps.
134/75 this morning. I have a monitor- 52 yo, had to get on BP meds a couple of years ago.
I actually was putting off meds, working out, cardio, etc. and got turned away for giving blood due to blood pressure. I started taking the meds that day.
Thankfully no side effects, so far not regretting it. Still trying to get cardio up and weight down to get off the meds hopefully.
Good luck man!

Good job with that low BP, you almost have to be careful that it's too low, wow.

I run ~120/80 but I'm on BP meds. High BP runs in my family, but my resting heart rate is typically in the low 40's.
Also - I turn 39 next week too

Don't remember. I've tended to test well with BP levels though I've been told by doctors. Being in south Florida I'm able to do some sunbathing year round and from what I've read that helps to keep BP levels lower. Possibly with spring soon here for northern states your BP levels will be heading back down.

Happy bday brah
I check often, server hypertension runs in my family. My dad is always off the charts, meds barely bring him down.
I usually run on average 136/66 on 20mg lisinopril every morning, give or take +/- 10

OP. Your diastolic is cranked.
You have chit cardiovascular fitness.
Jump on a bike or treadmill.
30-minutes/day, x4/week.
Aim for HR of 130.
