BMO Capital Markets is good - Brian Belski their Cheif Investment Strategist is a pretty big authority in Canada

I also think BMO Global Asset Management Insights is a solid source for macro news.
You can subscribe to their insights.

seekingalpha can publish some gems. But you really gotta sift through and filter out the 'write an article every day for click-bait' authors and those that publish a gem a few times a month. Aside from their publishings... the relevant market news is always objective and super updated.

I watch Bloomberg occasionally.
It's probably the only serious free source of financial news. The only step up is WSJ and the Economist.

Business news from typical media is trying to find an explanation for the day's movements with 0 forward thinking. Really all you need are the dates/times when data points are released and when feds are announcing monetary policy. There are some gems I find occasionally from finviz though.

I used to indulge in all the news, now I've disregarded it all because none of it helps me in what I'm doing. For me its just light entertainment, gives a fun dopamine kick. I have a few norwegian sites I check sporadically but thats it

For those saying that they don't rely on news for any serious indicators on how to trade or invest or stay informed, do you not price in public sentiment into your investing decisions?
