Is Tea The Best Hidden Diet Secret? (srs)

Hear me out.

So I had some raw ginger root left over and am not cooking with ginger right now. I didn't want it to go bad so I was trying to figure out what to do with it.

I came across a video about tea, and I decided to make my own. I have never made tea before. So I just got some water going on a small boil before turning the heat down, then cut up ginger and threw it in this tea pot like thing I have. I let it simmer for 10 min. then cut a slice of lemon that I had leftover too. I threw that in and put in a small amount of raw local honey (all after pouring the original tea in a mug obviously.)

Mind was blown:
brb ginger calmed me way down
brb ginger tea is way better than ibuprofen or any of those anti-inflammatories. Felt amazing
brb warmed me the fukk up
brb has helped a ton with digestion, stomach, and urinary health.

It has only been 4 days but I can already tell a major difference in everything. I have a cup when I get home and my body feels relaxed, warm, and no pain. My digestion is even better, and I just feel better.

I think I found the answer boyos. No more coffee.

What types of tea do you guys drink or make?

Hibiscus tea? That's a thing? You have my attention. Do you buy like tea bags of it or buy the flower and use it?

Then I think I have tried it before. I have tried tea a few times in my life. It always tasted like hot dirty water. But I'm willing to try good tea suggestions. Any brands you suggest for green tea?

One of my friends puts a green tea bag and peppermint bag in the same cup of tea every morning. It's been his only breakfast for several years and he should have died from drug abuse awhile ago so that tea might actually be keeping him alive.

Buddy, I drink about a little over a tablespoon of green tea (dry leaves) midday.

For evening I drink about a 3 inch long 1 inch thick piece of fresh ginger that I simmer for 30 minutes.

For my lemon I squeeze the juice out of one and I add it to my drinking water.

Every damn day. Come at me.

Some days I skip the ginger tea, but only because I make homemade Moscow mules, so I still get the ginger in me.

Haven't been sick in over 10 years.

Tea, ginger, garlic, yogurt, kimchi, malunggay. Incorporate these into your daily diet and you'll feel 10x better.

Might have to try it then if it's that easy. Catch me with my hibiscus tea every morning.

Holy chit that is some next level tea drinking. Absolute maniac.

Fuarrkk I'm going to be a tea drinking mogger now. Ginger tea is amazing. I will make that every day for after work from now on. I'll add in green and hibiscus tea for the mornings then for now.

Then I'll just try other teas as I want.

Never in my life did I think I would be an avid tea drinking connoisseur

I do everything, but the malunggay.

Just googled and it's powder made from the leaves. Is that how you take it, in a drink?
