Locker rooms is the more difficult thing to figure out here.
Nothing stopping a miscer like me from throwing on a skirt, claiming to be female, and eyeballing gym sloots when they are changing. They do have private changing room stalls tho. IDK what a great solution to this is.

No! What needs to be done is taking a proactive approach and to continue keeping male trannies/men out of the women’s bathroom. This lessens the likelihood of men assaulting women in the restrooms/lockerooms.
As a society we should not be pandering and placating to the 0.5% of the total population that suffer from a mental illness, and putting our women at risk.

As a society if we grant the ability for men to go into women’s spaces, it prevents those interventions from occurring and thereby increasing a woman risk of being assaulted.
I’m not trying to turn this nation into India where women are routinely raped while relieving herself.
This is common sense stuff here. I can’t believe I even have to argue this.

This might be a shocker to u...the US has a higher rape rate than India. Christian nation. Grats.

Minimising risk of harm is a keystone of that. It’s sad that he thinks the feelings of a few men should trump the feelings of the majority of women.
To talk about bathrooms... Some women won’t care about men in them but...
Some religious women
Some women who have been sexually assaulted and are traumatised by male bodies
Some women who are trying to evade a man stalking her
Some women who are miscarrying in the toilets
Some women who are washing their underwear after menstrual flooding
Some women who ate washing their mooncups in the sink
Some women who have to leave the door ajar to due having a baby in a pram or pushchair that wont fit in the stall
Do care about their privacy, dignity and safety.
And there are a lot more of them than there are trans identifying males.

Judicial Review against the Ministry of Justice happening in just over an hour.
This review is for the courts to decide whether the MOJ’s policy of putting male bodied people in women's prisons is appropriate under the law. The review has been raised by a female prisoner and is being funded and supported by some prominent women's rights campaigners
And our answer is NO, it is never appropriate for males to be put in confined spaces with vulnerable women. The majority of women are not in prison for violent crime, they are in for not paying fines (BBC TV licence being the too contributor!), shoplifting and drugs charges. The majority of these women have also been victims to abuse by males and are rightfully acknowledged as an “at-risk/vulnerable demographic”.
The MOJ thinks it’s fine to send male prisoners into these spaces where women are trapped and potentially traumatised, they also may have children with them. Seeing male people will likely not help trauma recovery if that is the case and it will certainly not allow them to be or feel safe whilst in confinement.
Yes some male people are vulnerable and prison rape is a massive problem, but women's prisons are for women, not for anyone who is at risk of male violence. We don’t send physically disabled men, gay men or old men into women's prisons, even though they are at high risk of being on the receiving end of male violence.... so why should we send men who like wearing dresses in with vulnerable women?
Women’s spaces were not set up for “everyone who doesn’t want to be around men”, they were set up for women, who are biologically different to men. No men in women’s prisons EVER!
The MOJ has delayed and delayed this case, asking for more time to submit evidence etc. Let us hope sanity prevails in the courts, as it has so many times recently in the UK legal system.
Wish us luck!

So the ONS (The people behind the Census2021) has just been thoroughly humiliated in court for issuing guidance that you can self-ID your sex on the census rather than use your biological or legal sex.
Bunch of numpties. £1billion of tax payers money and they don't understand the Census Act or even what sex is.
This is what happens when organisations listen to lobby groups like Stonewall and not actual law. Hopefully a valuable lesson.
Judge is satisfied that the guidance is wrong and Interim relief granted to remove that dodgy guidance pending a full Judicial Review granted for next week.
More sunlight.

Currently awaiting the ruling o the Tavistock appeal.
We expect the previous ruling (which stopped puberty blocking drugs being given to minors without court consent) to be overturned. Unsure if Keira will then go to supreme court...
Regardless of the verdict today. The Tavistock has a massive amount of eyes on it now, mostly thanks to this case.
Policies and procedures will need to be changed. Things cannot thankfully return to the way things were.
Verdict should be any minute. Lots of journalists about. Should be interesting. This is a really huge case.

As expected, the previous Judgment has been overturned.
However.... looks like the Tavistock will now be liable for civil suits brought against them by people who feel they were not appropriately assessed by the Tavistock and referred for treatment etc.
This opens the door for any kid who was dealt with by the Tavi, to bring a malpractice case against them for some regret-bucks. I’ll bet the personal injury lawyers are currently rubbing their hands together now.
So in a couple of years, all those kids who has been permanently damaged by puberty blockers, cross sex hormones.... will likely be able to claim some massive damages if they come to regret their treatment.
Could be the next PPI scandal.
The judgement:https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/...ary-170921.pdf
Extract
“ 15. The Court of Appeal recognised the difficulties and complexities associated with the question of whether under 18s were competent to consent to the prescription of puberty blockers, but it was for clinicians to exercise their judgment knowing how important it was for the patient’s consent to be properly obtained according to the particular individual circumstances. Clinicians would be alive to the possibility of regulatory or civil action which allows the issue of whether consent has been properly obtained to be tested in individual cases.”
