I want to say absolutely, but it's such an odd thing that I cannot say for sure. The poor dude was in ROUGH shape when we got him. I'll spare you the sad chit, but he definitely had multiple health issues directly attributable to over breeding, but a good amount of issues from neglect due to him being a "reject."

Do you think if she offered 500k for the shooters to turn themselves in, they would? OFC not. But they may very well be tempted to turn the dogs in. Also JFL if you don't think some "rando" turning the dogs in wouldn't aid in the police in tracking down the perps. but ok.

I just feel like the message is she’ll pay for the dogs and that’s all she wants. Seems like it could have been for info leading to the arrest of these fine upstanding citizens. She’d likely still get her doggos back. I’m sure their friends would be happy to turn them in. It’s just the approach that I find agitating.

You realize that similar chit happens when actual people are kidnapped right? People are just desperate to get their loved ones back, not to crack the fukkin crime itself. That's for the authorities to do.

I am a softy type person when it comes to animals and beat down people.

I would have a great deal of trouble taking care of a blind dog without being sad all the time, so congratz on the compassion and mental fortitude.
