hey bro look up see if there is any good micropigmentation guys near you, I went to a guy to kinda get some work done where my hair was thinning and got it filled in and a good artist is incredible. People can't even tell that I got it done. My guy was telling me how hes got a wide range of clients near him from people with alopecia and etc.
look up ink barber on ig to see his work
Girls get it done for their eyebrows all the time too
your still good looking guy tho bro

Figured I'd post one more update before the New Year and before I possibly get banned. Im probably gonna buzz it here in the next few days because it is not quite coming in evenly and doesn't look great. Merry Christmas everyone!!

Well might as well do an update since I buzz my hair now every month or so because of patchiness

I was going through old photos and stumbled across this one with my ****ty facial hair. Man do I like completely different now.

sry that you are having Alopecia Areata
however, regrowth is possible and if your brows regrow you'd look just like a dude with male pattern baldness
also you did not have this happen before puberty, which is correlated with strong reoccurrences in the future

Decided since my hair is coming in pretty good on top to try a high bald fade. Turned out not bad.

I may go this route and just keep letting the top grow.

This might be my last picture update for awhile now. I've been letting the top grow and getting a high and tight bald fade on the side for a few weeks now. There of course is still some either bald patches/very sparse patches with less dense hair, but overall it is coming in pretty good. Wow I can't this all happened exactly two years ago. I definitely was in a good place for the first few weeks/months but with such support around me I got over it pretty quick.
I'm using all of this pent up good energy to smash bench prs. I'm repping 275 for the first time in years. I'm gonna have to try and max soon just to hit 315/320 again.

As far as why its coming back I don't know if I'll ever get a definitive answer. My vitamin d levels were critically low and ever since I have been super dosing d3 and k2 I've gotten hair back. Was that the main reason? I don't know. When our vitamin d levels are low it prevents a healthy immune system. So since I've been getting tested every few months to make sure I'm not over doing it my levels are perfect.

3 month progress pic was from Jan 15. Gonna add biotin to see if I can get some more and quicker regrowth. Seems like the spots are starting to fill in now.
