Drinking coffee gives me anxiety now...FML
Been drinking it for like 15 years, in the last 12 months or so I've noticed it causes anxiety even if I limit to one cup. Do I really have to be a ******* and go no caffeine or something?

never knew this could attribute to anxiety. I was starting an anxiety attack last week till a woman helped calm me down.

You probably got more stress in your life and the caffeine just augments or amplifies it. The best thing to do is blast off in the morning wi to coffee, get through the day, and wash the stress down with some brown. Aka whiskey. You gotta get up to get down.

Brah it does the same thing to me. I used to drink energy drinks everyday for years and had no problems until recently. Anxiety hits me hard at night. /
Try no caffeine, no alcohol, and no fap for a week and see if anything changes.

Jk, just tone down the caffeine. Also, remember that all caffeine isnt created equal. Plenty of different caffeines when it comes to energy drinks and pre workouts. Some having a longer half life than others.

Try taking L-theanine with coffee. Look for 100mg capsules and aim for a 2:1 ratio of L-theanine to caffeine.

I used to drink coffee everyday since I was 13, I quit cold turkey a little over 2 1/2 year ago due to massive panic attacks.
I enjoy caffeine about once or twice a week now.

I completely cut out caffeine two weeks ago. First ~5 days sucked with withdrawal but now I have even middle ground energy all day upon wakening. No peak like when I took caffeine, but not crashing either.
I've always gone through periods where I'm more sensitive to caffeine or it affects my anxiety and periods where caffeine doesn't bother me.

Dude
Go to the Dr
I thought the same thing
So I tried quitting ,and my anxiety went thru the roof
I'm adhd ,I need coffee
It's not causing the anxiety .....in and of itself ,caffeine doesn't cause anxiety
It just exacerbates it
