He's not talking about getting pulled over for speeding and being charged with murder. He's talking about speeding and getting into an accident and killing another driver. I know if the driver is drunk that case would usually be manslaughter, but sure about sober speeding, but I don't see why it shouldn't be manslaughter while the driver should go to prison for 10 years. If you break a law which directly causes the death of another person, that should at the very least be manslaughter.

Just like when you are driving 140 MPH on a busy street (you can experience that thrill on a legal street just like you can shoot target practice at a gun range). Glad we can agree.

Ok you are retarded, it all makes sense now. I never said that driving 120+ mph makes you a good driver or vice versa. I'm saying there are plenty of people who can drive safer at 120+ mph than average person does at 40.

Most people can't drive for ****. Absolutely pathetic... I've always said I'm a better driver 3-4 beers deep, easy. Young and stupid me showed up to a valet shift in college semi-hammered. Parked probably 2 dozen cars with ease.

You are not the authority on these definitions. Comparing your ideas to canon law shows you are incorrect.

You can say and think whatever you want man. However, it doesn’t mean anything.

It isn’t murder. That is not my opinion, it is the law.

Does this upset you very much?

Culprit drivers surviving in many countries will barely spend any years in jail. Even repeat offender with DUIs, talking on the phone etc which slams the "Accident" argument. It's not an accident if it could have been avoided with normal care.

Some bitch I think in Canada not too long ago plowed into a kid doing like 100 in a 50 zone while texting. I think she got 3 years and was still able to claim insurance money.

I know legally it's not true, which is why I said we should change it.

Driving 140 MPH for "thrill" on a busy street is no different than a guy looking for a "thrill" and firing a gun on a busy highway killing people.

And you support the fact there are three people dead.

I am pretty sure it's well quantified by now that the Germany Autobahn is safer than U.S. highways despite no speed-limit. I also think Europeans are much better drivers.

Your gun analogy is as potato as you are. They are not comparable.

A gun has no other function than to kill, or practice killing. Not comparable to a car or how we use cars at all.

Lol at “you support the fact there are three people dead”. The **** does that even mean?

And that's dumb. So if someone stabs a bunch of people he didn't intend to kill because knives are used to slice bread or cut rope? Lmao WTF.

This lol. Per million miles driven no-limit autobahn has less accidents, injuries and fatalities than US highway. There's a fukton of guys who just drive 150+ mph every day to their work and back home and never get in accident.

Agree, but the problem is people whothinkthey are able to speed safely and are wrong.

Murder is too far. But manslaughter for someone who pulls this in a situation where there are a lot of people around I can see.

I think there is some element of consent.

I think it would be good if areas where street racing is an issue would just have amateur tracks of some kind where the people who are participating are risking themselves voluntarily.

If you are speeding excessively and wrap yourself around a tree that's freedom.

If you are speeding excessively and smash into an occupied home or business injuring or killing people who didn't choose to participate in high speed racing there should be consequences.

You are pro-criminal and are taking the side of the murderer.
You intentionally left out part of my statement from the quote, then refuted my quote with questions that are clearly answered in the part of my statement you left out.

Please tell me how acknowledging the legal precedence in deciding the specific charges in this case makes me “pro-criminal”.

You are just making that up.

You are still retarded. I literally said on first page that driving that fast on such a busy road is not ok (unless left line is clear which is when crash shouldn't happen even if you drive fast. This is how they do it in germany and still have less crashes even with fuk ton of dudes doing 150+ mph daily. If someone merges from right line to left and causes crash they are at fault as they didn't check mirrors and evaluate situation.). What I'm trying to say you can drive very fast very safely in specific situations if you have adequate skill and situational awareness.

No, I did not. I understood fully what you were saying, and it doesn't make sense. Knives are not made with the intent to kill either (using your logic). So if a guy grabs a knife and starts stabbing random people he shouldn't be charged with murder?

Also, cars can be used to kill (see: Nice terrorist attack or Santa Monica terrorist attack back in 2003ish).
