Neighbors have 7 cars in their yard this is getting out of hand

Neighbors have 7 cars and are out there screaming at each other outside my window driving me insane I cant live like this anymore

Edit: and their dogs are in my front yard running around

I never moved to the ghetto. This place was fine until about a year ago when these people moved here. It was nice and quiet and peaceful. My one neighbor was nice and offered to help me fix my truck once and offered to let me borrow his big shade thing to use while working on it in the summer.
