That’s honestly me, bro. In my 30s, no chest hair, and can go a week without shaving and no one notices. I’m 6’3”, 250. I just have chitty body hair growth (but hair on head is annoyingly thick).

My grandfathers were both from the Greatest Generation. They were still physically strong when they were over 60.

Mentally? Well you could question how well men of that generation coped and if they would have been better off with less tough guy repression and more mental health care.

But I happen to know that both of them went through some pretty awful things growing up, and I wouldn't term them good exactly- flawed in different ways. They did manage gainful employment and families.
