Like even if they workout and in shape doesn't compare to a girl whose under 25.

I don't see what "workout" has to do with this topic. Most of the time, the girl appears washed-up because of the facial features -- wrinkles, eye bags, dark circles etc.

But in my experience even if a girl works out and keeps fit i don't know they still look good but meh
