Was about to post this. How does someone who is only 27 have this type of record and be out interacting with the public? Should be locked up in solitary for life as he is obviously a danger to society with no attempt to fix his ways.

This situation reminds me of something that happened at my range a couple years ago. There was a guy going around to businesses handing out flyers for some security company... dressed like a cartoon burglar with a mask. I'll let you guess what happened.
