Got 3 yesterday with spotter for the mental help of the 3rd.

Getting back strength after taking it easier recovering from right shoulder pain about a month ago.

275x4 about 2-3 times with a spot and grinding the last rep.

~180lbs

Max Single PR is 310 and grinded out about halfway up. 2 months or so ago.

2 reps on my 50th birthday is the best I've ever done.

Had some health issues since then, probably max about 225 now. Maybe by the end of summer back to two plates + a 25.

Sad I know...

This is usually how it works.

I forgot how low the Misc’s bar for strength was set. That was a whole ordeal.

Some of you guys are strong as fuk. I did 275 for four sets of five reps yesterday and thought that was decent (might've squeezed out more but I was scared cause no spotter). Later on this guy came in and hit 405 for three reps. He's about the same size and a lot older. Not hating but I suspect he's on gear. Either way he's pretty damn strong.

At 185lbs I'll hit 275 for 6-8 reps depending on the day. I usually warm up with 1-2 sets of 5 reps. Vids on my IG. No e-statin'. lmfao

I have only hit a few sets of 3s but that was for technique work. My best bench is 325lbs. Not sure what I could have hit with 275 one set. Maybe 5-6 clean?

I could do it a few times if I put it on my back and pressed it with my legs or bent over and pushed it away from the ground
