I was keeping the carbs low but I've increased them a bit rn

Still keeping cals low

I'm down from about 18% to 14-15% body fat so I'd say I have another 10 lbs to lose before I have proper abs

235ish lbs. Not fun at all walking around but Looks good and I am strong. Not going to lie I do miss being like 190lbs. Played a lot of basketball and was nimble as phuck.
