cant you hide your assets before marriage?
would this work?
say your NW is 3 million.
You take 2,5 million and gift it to your dad to buy a "retirement home".
he buys it and its in his name, but for all intensive purposes its yours. he can leave it to you in the will too just in case.
Would this work if your wife tried to divorce rape you?

Just buy bitcoin with it and store on a hardware wallet, even bury the key in a memorable location.

Yes it's entirely possible to put them in an irrevocable trust. In theory that means they are not your property and thus not community property.
BUT, a judge can still order you to dissolve the trust if he doesn't like the cut of your jib.

You can't gift 2.5 without paying tax on it.

Premarital property is generally not split up. With exceptions of course.

Unless it's a bank account in Iran I believe most countries now have signed bank information treaties and transfers. A really dedicated Lawyer, although they first have to have the impression you *might* have money stashed abroad, would just find it.

I don't think anyone who uses the phrase "all intensive purposes" needs to worry about hiding millions from a marriage.

No idea how the law works but that sounds pretty safe to me OP. Pre-marriage, buy a house for your dad/mom and put it in their name, with their promise they'd give back to you in their will. Marriage goes south, divorce occurs, your name isn't tied to said house so is far from the being on the table.
