This is 100% true. I have a nice tan right now after traveling a lot over the past 3 months, and look at least 2 points higher than I do when I'm pale. Also, if you're a guy witth a receding hairline it's a lot less noticeable when you have a tan and white teeth.

Sororities have been doing this to average girls for many years now. Tanning and teeth whitening turns average college girls into "sexy" sorority girls.

Can’t wait to swarthmaxx this spring and summer. BUT what do you do to avoid sunspots/freckles/moles from sun damage? Is it a double edged sword?

Add in dropping bodyfat to 10%, for most people facial aesthetics change can be huge going to 9-10% from 16-18%

I actually disagree with this unless you're under like 25 years old. People 30+ with super low bodyfat are just a bit strange. Most people look just fine at 13% and have no problems.

Just use a low SPF sunscreen. Tho its almost impossibe to get a deep, dark, natural tan when most Americans have German/Anglo genetics.
