Healthiest diet you ever ate?

When I lived with my grandparents for a few months in high school I ate super healthy. Breakfast was veggies with eggs or buttered toast.

Lunch salmon with veggies and whole wheat toast or a little bit of white rice.

Dinner salmon again with veggies and whole wheat toast.

That's all of the eating for the day.

I felt so fukn healthy lol I went from my bulking diet of bowls on bowls of pasta drowned in olive oil with chicken breasts x2 every meal to the most wholistic diet I can imagine.

What diet made you feel the healthiest you've ever been in your life?

i subscribe to a healhty meal service. each meal like 600 calories all good healthy stuff.

live alone, don't cook, works great for me. Dieting is so freakin easy - no decisions.

I think meal services are awesome but they are so freaking expensive

I can't justify the cost benefit ratio

I just have some sort of meat/fruit/veggie meal 4x per day and then usually some sort of fast food for dinner. High energy all the time and consistently perfect blood work lol

I also drink a chit ton of green tea and get baked daily. Not a stressed out dude at all. I think chronic stress is one of the biggest issues out there.

I've recently started drinking English London black tea again and I feel great, much better than drinking several cups of coffee each day.

wild daisy tea
lemon balm tea
linden tea
rose hip tea
echinacea tea
and several others

Was eating ‘healthy’ for the first time in my life the last 2 months in lockdowns

Spent most days with my gf and she’d cook on average twice for me, usually chicken with a bunch of veg in a stir fry kind of thing.. was cutting as well

Normally I eat out way too much and just eat chit that’s quick to put together

Probably now. I eat no junk food or sweets. Pretty much every day I eat chicken breast, three eggs, broccoli or spinach, two Roma tomatoes, some steel-cut oats, a few almonds and cashews, and a peanut-butter sandwich. I will sometimes eat yogurt, ground turkey, or canned fish like tuna, sardines, and salmon. I eat a little fruit daily, usually some combination of half an apple, a banana, or a mandarin orange.

Current diet. I do not eat gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs, nightshades, added sugar, or pork. Do not consume any fat before noon. Feel better than I ever have in my life. Endless energy, always.

Salmon and penne pasta with brocolli and cheese sauce with a can of red coke and sliced banana and apple for dessert happens to be the healthiest meal sent from heaven
