Really? I grew up with pets so I have found them to be so helpful. When I feel sad I just hold my kitties and they purr. I didn't have them when I moved out and that made things worse.

Yes, we can both relate as this area is so liberal. Almost every profile says "swipe left if you voted for Trump" or "BLM". They all say "liberal" and "atheist", which is hard as I'm Christian. Nearly every older guy argues with me and tries to change my mind about my religion on the first date! It's so rude. I don't argue with them about being atheists or Jewish.

I don't know if I necessarily agree about the cheating part, yet I do know some couples where a one-time instance of cheating was involved, but they got marriage counseling and figured out how to solve their problems.. They go on date nights and get babysitters, and seem to be much happier now.

Yet if the guy or woman is a serial cheater, then that would just be horrible for one's self esteem if you knew your spouse was out riding the cawk carousel all of the time.

Well, it says on my profile that I was a Division 1 athlete, so I do get a lot of matches with athletes because of that. I haven't seen them to be super liberal, you're right. The super liberal guys are the older ones over 40 that I've been trying to date lately (although I'm on a break for now).

The older 40+ liberal guys will try to change my beliefs on a first date. It's really disrespectful. And most in this area are liberal and atheist or Jewish.
