Been taking 10k iu of vitamin D everyday for years.

Easiest way to get it is to be in a public restroom someplace where there is an outbreak of it. It gets aerosolized.

There was an outbreak where I work. Pretty much everyone in the building got it, so it was localized. A few people died, a few went on ventilators and recovered, most like myself had very light symptoms and lost taste and smell.
