I could see that. I'm not worried. Stocks will go back up. Buying the dip as much as I can right now. But always leave a some cash on the table in case it drops further. Ammo is important.

Depends on which one lol.

DJI opened 30.2K this year and now touching 32K

Nasdaq opened 12.7K and its now 12.7K. (High this year 14.1K)

SP 500 opened 3.7K and now its 3.8K

Nasdaq sell off since Feb 12th really hurt lot of us that like tech stocks.

.........

but on that note above.

peak of GME explosion

dji fell 1000 points to 29.8K

the reason being that GME caused VIX to spike due to crazy amount of option buying that had hedge funds covering shorts by rotating out of other stocks.

.....................................

One thing I am noticing every financial site has now started selling all these energy and industrial story lines.

Jeffries 2 months ago had price target for NIO for $60 from $38 and now nothing happened with NIO fundamentally they cut target to $38.

In fairness you all had fair warning here about the possible XMET RS. Still holding myself. Hope they don’t dilute further after the RS but I’m prepared for the worst.

Just picked up my first position on AAPL @ 116.80.

I'm sure I'll be adding more later in the week lol.

I picked up some more oil stocks but not the stocks you would expect.

It was rallying on those news.

Seems we getting reality check that headlines won't move stock anymore. Fundamentals coming back.

To be fair for Apple they had the best earnings ever last quarter.

Oil shouldn't be fukking $65+ a barrel right now and if you are buying things expecting that you are silly. There is a lot of big cap oil companies looking overbought af. Just be prepared for Saudis to decide they wanna fuk up the market and punish the US/Russia/Middle East and crank their taps back to maximum overload. This is an artificial "shortage" of supply that they can rectify at any moment. IMO they wait until July or September when everyone has started spending a lot of money to discover new fields/tap new wells then go JK LOL here is our max capacity for you.

Energy is 5% of our economy, it’s like 85% of theirs, after their plan to flood the market with cheap crude last year worked too well I’d say they are too stand-off ish

Saudi Arabia whole government budget is depended on oil.

Saudi Arabia break even point for oil is $84. Only Russia can sell it at $40ish per barrel.

I don't think you can lose on energy right now as nearly all growth stocks require it.

I also think it's good to have as a part of your portfolio to stomach losses, it will help you make it through this correction without panicking lol.

Yeah Russia is in the strongest position. Saudi Arabia is so heavily dependent on oil revenues, it supports their entire society and OPEC members are hurting bad from this last price war

OPEC+ is probably looking to squeeze the price hard and fast to take advantage of it while US shale output is still depressed

They take their oil profits and invest.

All those Saudi royalty have stakes in tons of companies.

Think they even hold Tesla shares. Had huge stake in CCIV. etc.

Own 33 percent of Activision.

Just search Saudi investment fund and other related saudi investment.
