It's really just the lockdown situation in general and the lack of socializing and how much it's messed up some of my goals and plans. Dont even have oppertunities to meet new people, see the people I already know or pursue my goals. Than on top that stuck inside all day thinking about crazy ex who ran off to another state with another guy. Can really bring you down man. But it's starting to get warmer, I'm getting more ripped, been taking Muay Thai classes and reading books about men from history far superior to myself in hopes that I'll be inspired so it's not all bad. In some ways I think the lockdowns are probably worse than the virus itself, unless you're really old or something
