i completed this last night on my first try in about 4 months. i could not have done one more push up when it ended.
2Oe9PTp39Qo&t=65s[/yout]
koMp3ei4xJw[/you]
I’ve been getting such a pump from high rep calisthenics works outs. My last one was ladder style:
Chins and 3-pump Burpees (supersetted)
1-10 reps up and down the ladder
Resulted in:
100 chin-ups
100 burpees
300 push-ups
Unreal upper body pump limiting rear times between supersets as much as I could.

I Lol at girls who think glute bands, abduction, kick backs, pushing your butt back on squats etc... builds glutes
All I ever do for glutes are rack pulls, rdls, and a leg pressing movement/deep wide squat
felt pretty cool having striated glutes through my leggings

Mirin. I’ve wanted to be able to pull off leggings for a long time. Never could, lower legs are poverty and my glutes are too big and juicy.
Man, every chick at my gym has a huge butt srs. Many of them Minotaur bodies. Doesn’t look that good to me. Mexican broad in there today doing legs wearing a waist trainer and a belt, butt was gigantic
