I think paypal can be done anonymously. If not, then etransfers with a burner email would work IIRC. I know a bitcoin wallet would be anonymous, but there are transaction fees so you'd be losing out on a bit of money.

As for the pics or videos you'd have to send, you can have a mask on or some chit.
