When you were younger did you ever forsee it becoming "cool" to be gay?

Honestly when I was at primary school which is like 15-20 years ago, being called gay was like the ultimate insult, nobody thought anyone gay was cool in fact it was the opposite of cool.

Nowadays its one of the coolest possible things, it makes you more attractive to women, and gay is all the rage.

I never asked for this.

Gay being cool was like 5 years ago.
Now to be cool you have to be transgender.
In fact being gay is transphobic because u still identify as a man and are only attracted to men and not trannys.

Also what do you guys think will be next?

Honestly imho they will make it cool to be a cuck.

Soon you will start seeing actual cuck characters on shows and it'll just be normal, and they will start teaching your sons at like 5 years old that being a cuck is a good thing etc.

I defo think cucks will be "in" in the next 10 to 15

It was cool in the time of sodom and gomorra, and we all saw how that ended, kinda crazy to think people think those same views are progressive.

Good documentary on him.

I never thought about it OP. Didn’t mean much to me.

When we were kids, being black was cool. Imagine our grandparents wrapping their minds around that.

LOL no "you're gay" was like the most common insult.

I'm not even that old, I was in high school in the 2000's and not a single kid in my high school was openly gay. I suspected a few were and sure enough when I stalked them on ******** a few years later they were.

This.

I remember back in 5th grade when we went on a field trip to the local rec center for a swim. When we were changing this one kid goes, "if you look at me you're gay." Hero of the day srs, instead of everybody waiting in line to change out in the bathroom stalls we were all just repeating what he said and nobody batted an eye.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

This.

Nobody was openly gay. Back then there was no gay marriage, and the ones that did finallu come out Senior year were definetly not "cool". This was like 10 years ago, crazy how much things have changed...

These two kids when I was at school turned out to be fudge packers and I remember both of them used to touch the other boys a lot, srs, like they were always touching, rubbing, one of them used to lick other boys ears and try to suck them Ded srs.

Was no great surprise when I found out about them

Being gay will never be cool no matter how hard the mainstream tries to push it. Calling someone gay will always be the ultimate insult and funny as fukc. Will never stop.

Gays have it easy now days.

Super Straights probably face the most oppression. Superphobia is completely overlooked by the superphobes running the media.

No but I think its a good thing. SRS

When I was in middle school a guy being exposed as gay meant your life was basically over. You got treated like absolute ****.

Id much rather have gay kids viewed as cool than have them bullied and shunned to the point of depression and suicidal thoughts.

I have no problem with gay people.

I have a problem with them telling me about it and how I should accept it though

We dont have straight pride, why be so annoying to throw parades and chit.

You can have a straight pride parade if you want, nobody is stopping you. But youre not actually going to go out of your way to make one are you? Because being straight has had no negative impact on your life so you dont care too.

Gay people got together and created things like pride parades because they were being treated like absolute ****. Disowned by parents, bullied at school, illegal to even have sex in half the country until 2003. There lives were so miserable that they went out of their way to create a huge movement to encourage people to treat them better.

Every straight person is free to start a parade. But no straight person is actually going to go through the time and effort to do it because it doesnt matter to us.
