when people know they can get away with crime, it is just natural to keep committing them

philly and other cities have problems with bikes and **** for years.

i guarantee you this year it is going to be wild because people will be fed up with the lockdowns and the whole town will be covered in bmx bikes and atvs

I see the 13% is at it again.

Not only will the criminal not get his bike fixed, but it will probably be confiscated. Now he gets arrested. Criminal charges. He's going to probably regret his actions. That's what BLM is trying to stop, where these people get their lives ruined for being what they are.

I'd rather sit and watch Netflix parked behind 7-11 and make the exact same amount of money.

It's possible the bike he hit is in front of his vehicle. Also its a major city street, probably traffic any direction he goes that would be hard for an SUV to get around, that a gang of atvs and dirt bikers could easily catch you, and then he probably would have gotten shot.
