Blood Test Results, Anything Concerning? (Pic)

So Ive had dizziness for 8 straight weeks and no doctors can help me.
been off work the whole time and suffering a lot of days. Not sure what it is.
so did more "detailed" blood work. Aka a few more things including b12 and something else.
do you see anything concerning from these results?
Was hoping theyd test for heavy metals and vit d but apparently didnt. maybe have to order on my own.

one thing im thinking about is the ferratin. Isnt that iron related?
seems low and so did my previous test years ago which was 72.
I just read symptoms of low ferritin online and it all lines up.. but it says im "within normal range?"

I read something else just now: Patients with the restless leg syndrome should be considered iron deficient when their ferritin concentration is <75 μg/.
that is me..

what do you guys think?
need some help since family doctors are retarded.. he said "i want you take multivitamin". like I havent been my whole life and im not a health nut.. smh.

I wish it was a simple fix like taking a stand alone iron supp or something.. or maybe its fine and its something else..
have an mri next month, a sleeping study soon, thinking of getting my neck looked at.. but besides that, clueless as to whats causin me probs

you have dizziness and they did blood work lol? Did they do a dix-hall pike maneuver? HINTS testing? Rule out Meniere's disease? Rule out pre-syncope? Rule out brain cancer (unlikelybut should be on differential)? Calorics test?

The only thing that looks off to me is the RBC/WBC is low for someone in immaculate health but maybe you do fuk all for cardio. Also the restless leg thing you should let got of. Iron deficient anemia is just a clue that someone is suffering from restless leg syndrome. Aka if you have restless leg you likely have iron deficiency.

I recommend you get screened for every type of vertigo which means find a better doctor. Emergency medicine doctors generally are good at this but that obviously requires a trip to the emergency room.

quick list of conditions you should have ruled out:

Pre-syncope
Meniere Disease
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
Vestibular Neuritis
CN VIII Schwannoma (Acoustic Neuroma)
TIA/Stroke
Toxic/Drug
Neoplasia
Encephalitis
Demyelinating Disorder

Finally try taking a break from all supp's. your vit b is high and maybe youll get lucky and fix the issue for zero dollars. im sure youre aware of fat vs water soluble vitamins and too much of a good thing being bad right?

Hey man I remember you making your original thread a few days about this and I almost responded because I was legit having almost the exact same issues. Been going on for like 3 weeks.

I have no idea what is causing it. It essentially came out of nowhere. The only thing I can think of is it might be something due to inner ear since the nodes around it my ears are a little sensitive.

It has gotten a little better for me, but is still lingering.

Much better care in Canada. Maybe not as good as states but there can't be more than 5 countries that have better care.

went to er like 5 times since jan. each time they basically just did ekg, blood pressure, flashed a light in my eyes , blood test, covid test, ct scan and went to ent as well who did some silly tests like blowing wind into my ears and tracking my eyes.
so idk.

maybe we got covid or something and these are our symptoms? i tested negative every test I got though..
look up vestibular neuritis.. thats what everyone online who has these symptoms thinks it is. some ppl say theyve had it for years, some say it goes away in a few months.
a virus can attack your nervous system instead of the usual cough and cold type stuff. might just be bad luck.. or maybe i have a brain tumor.. who knows

I actually went through the same thing recently, dizziness for a couple of months, and my blood work came back fine. Had a consultation with a cardiologist to check my heart, but by the time I saw the cardiologist my dizziness had gone away. The cardiologist thinks it was likely an inner ear infection. There are a million things that can cause dizziness.

what were your exact symtpoms?
did you get a weird burning feeling in your forehead and or pressure in back of head that accompanied the dizziness?

That's typically signs of inner ear issues. Could be caused by sinuses, inflammation, ear infection, and more. Doubt it is Meniere's but could be a possibility.

Do you have any tinnitus like ringing in your ears or where you can feel your heartbeat through them? Or a whooshing sound?

Have you done a full look at your neck yourself for tightness, especially the musculature starting by the back of your jaw and back of your ear.

I havent been to doctor or hospital in my life until now. I usually deal with sht on my own and was healthy.
I felt like I was going braindead earlier in the week. I couldnt even make my food. My forehead was numb and I couldnt think, it was bad. If there are certain tests and things I can still do, I will do them.
After that, il just have to deal with it on my own

Yeah, I get ear ringing at times that doesnt last for too long. its one of the rotating symptoms.
the ent guy who is supposed to be an expert on that kind of stuff didnt find anything wrong. though, with covid times, it wasnt as hands on or detaild as it should be..

last night I was looking into possible neck problems. My neck is def stiff and maybe there is some issue cutting off my blood supply etc.
i want to go to a specialist for only neck for that. I could try chiro if they are skilled enough to check

I had a similar issue with my neck. Out of nowhere I stared to feel lifeless. Eyes always kind of half open. Started getting a bit depressed and angry. Would randomly get a little nauseous every day at like 5pm.

Then I remember massaging my neck randomly and noticed how tight it was. So I grabbed the thick musculature of it that started from behind my jaw and ear and squeezed it between my knuckles. I made sure I got them deep in there. It was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. Eventually it relaxed after about squeezing and holding on for dear life for 2 min. Did it on both sides. Almost instant relief. Did that a couple times the next few days and have had no problems since.

I think it was cutting off circulation. Try what I did. If you grab onto a muscle and it is tender, hold it until it relaxes. Worth a shot. Also buy real ginger and make tea with it. Should help the dizziness a little.

OP i am not a physician, just a brah on the internet. Your RBC red blood cell count is a little high almost over the optimal range for males, have you donated blood before? i bet your doctor would recommend it, good for the heart; old blood goes out and u make new ones plus it helps people. Each person is different but dizziness is one of the symptoms and can cause stroke if not treated properly. Try to donate every 60 days if you can.

edit: actually nvm i misread the numbers

Doubt that, look up Vertebral Artery Test and scalene muscle stretches

Are you sleeping with your head in some sort of rotated/awkward position?

Have you been training at all or have you discontinued?

Did you concuss yourself by jumping off and landing on a hard surface?

Your forehead is literally numb? is it on one side?

What where you doing when or closely to when the symptoms occurred?
When is it worst?
What if anything makes it better?

Can you order your own labs and go to a Labcorp and have them drawn in Canada?

That's what I do every 6 months. I get a very extensive panel including all hormones for about $250.
