The woman just panicked and ran.



I feel like none of this had to happen. Woman is dead, cop is critically injured.

I think in her mind she probably thought she did nothing wrong. The way she was screaming for help and ran off terrified seems like she might have thought he would harm her once he cuffed her for some reason.

If this kind of chit keeps happening, black people are going to be so scared of cops that they will just shoot them the moment they think they will be arrested. We need to really look at the nature of force here. He really didn't need to cuff her right then. All of this could have been avoided. And idk why he couldn't just keep her detained in a civil manner until backup arrived.

What is dumb is she was being arrested over some weed. She lost her life over some fking weed man.

Officer could not have been more lenient. Letting her make phone calls and look for her lighter to have a smoke. Hope he's ok and learned his lesson.

Yeah easy for you to say. You aren't a fking fat black girl. She looked absolutely terrified. What is sad is neither of these people seemed like bad people. That cop seemed a very mild mannered guy just doing his job, but WHY must he cuff her over weed? It's just sad. And the woman looks like she had anxiety issues and just straight panicked.

Maybe(probably) the weed is what made her so paranoid that she acted the way she did. That along with the media has tried their best to paint cops as evil when 99.78425% of police interactions they act professionally and serve a vital role in the community.

Yea she probably wanted to flush the weed. She panicked. It's terrible. Pretty sure she shot first like he drew his gun as he saw her reach for it and she then turned. He told her to drop it and she shot him.

I feel bad because this is some fat black girl and the way she was freaking out and crying. There has to be a better fuking way to deal with chit like this.

If someone refuses to listen to an officer who is trying to detain them I 100% support the officer using lethal methods. We live in a land of rule of law. I want it to remain that way. Glad the woman died from her wounds. I hope she suffered greatly and I hope the family feels the pain as well.

And in countless cases cops get injured because they don’t cuff people. Also, millions of people get cuffed every year without freaking out and shooting police. We all live with the choices of our actions every day. And when you shoot at anyone(much less a police officer) you deserve to have shots returned.
