That statistic all depends upon the definition of what constitutes “sexual harassment”.

I'm not surprised. I remember sitting in sociology class in college. In between me and another guy was a nice looking girl. The female professor started by saying to all the girls to look left and right at the men because one of them will try to sexually assault you. The girl looked at me and I was flustered and mumbled that I'd never do anything like that. She looked at the other guy and he said he might.

Men typically underestimate how forward they can be with women. And they vastly underestimate how effective being forward and open about their sexual desires is with women who are attracted to them.


A proper and honest sexual expression is powerful, and in our society, rare. In fact, there’s a LOT of societal pressure to hide and disassociate from our sexuality.
