I don't think im good at all...but I got my 4th stripe this past monday and will be testing for my blue belt at thr end of August...so in guess my professors think im doing good.

We definitely don't worry about social distancing and were doing underground jiujitsu during the lockdown last year.
Ah right lol. Yeah, it would take a while to break even though. Like, at a stretch ยฃ30 a month membership vs ยฃ1000 house gym, would take years, but it does sounds pretty sick nonetheless.

Sounds pretty cool! Have you actually progressed? I did judo when I was younger and I wasn't sure if I got any better because I thought I was just trying harder the next time lol.

Oh I dunno about that. Might want to be careful that u don't get the virus and die from it lol.

Being masculine is portrayed as more negative than positive a lot of times.
Oh yeah totally, I zeroed in on gym stuff as they're meant to be these aggressive boneheads, but now they're just gay little fashion retards. Those influencers look crap anyways in their little branded clothing. It's even more weird as these people are in their teens and 20s/30s, so they atleast existed through 2010ish, then somehow morphed into what they are now?

These peace weak mentally unstable pieces of **** are getting pretty annoying aswell. Back in 2016, me and my friends thought it was funny to see these ***gots. Now, I generally dunno what's going on.

I hope some how phones and technology just explode all at once so people can learn how to talk again without being robotic unmasculine feminine circus ****s. That's the only way forward honestly, but I don't see that happening.

Haha, yeh that brings me back to the 90s. I had the exact same look at the second dude there with the puka shell necklace. I was working as a lifeguard and would hit up the gym with the wifebeaters on, driving around with the tops off on the T/A. What happened was guys like me got old and the younger generations would prefer to be on social apps all day rather than go outside to meet people. So they don't have the tri-fecta to gettin the gals - tans, teeth and toned as we used to say.

Hahaha I had no idea that they were called puka shells. See, that's what I don't get. Your life in the 90's sounded amazing. 20 odd years down the line to 2021 and those cultures are gone and replaced by introverted time waste pathetic lifestyles. I just have no idea on what's going on.

Something strange happened. When I was younger meeting people from online was for nerds or ****s, there was no social media like today and if you talked about comic book heroes and chit you would get bullied and be an outcast with the other dorks. Basically it seems like everything turned the other way around, now being nerdy and dorky is a sign of being cool and being a gym rat and partying means your just a "toxic male". I'm glad I had my fun. If kids want to live in their woke, media saturated world then that's on them.

Yeah totally, a typical high school would have you beaten up for talking nonsense. That was the norm, we'd fight and be talking 2 minutes later, nothing big aswell. But now it's all about peoples mental wellbeing/feelings? So gay!!

Any stereotypes today are ridiculous, gym guys unfortunately look really ***gy aswell. I'm fine to talk to all kinds of people usually, but I don't know, it's just, I don't know lol. I swear I just fell asleep for 8 years and have lived out a literal nightmare. Have u ever actually read/watched current media, news, advertisements, mtv etc? It's just retardedly gay.

Yeah it did man i mean 10-15 years ago people talked about video games but people weren't nerding out to anime, Marvel Heroes and tik tok like they do now. It was like it was cool to play COD and Halo and stuff but that was where you drew the line. There was also metal and rock culture back then. I remember meeting so many legit metal fans out in the random but now i never see them. Or scene kids.

The culture has completely changed to this weird effeminate tight jean wearing rap/autotune pop culture with a sprinkle of lbgtq/toxic masculinity everywhere

People before 2012 were wild man. I remember every day was a party up until like 2014-2015 when all the woke chit happened

As an old-cel this chit is bizarre. I had to keep my lucrative web dev gig I had going as a teenager totally quiet or I'd get a world of chit for being a nerd. You'd get the same treatment if you admitted to playing computer games.

These days I have chads asking me how to get into tech. Wtf just happened.
If you can't handle me when I'm incel, you don't deserve me when I'm chad

Back even a short ten years ago, gym culture was more โ€œbroโ€ with guys looking to build up aesthetics for sloots. Muscle mags were still the go to for nutrition and training along with this site. Nowadays all young people โ€œgo to the gymโ€ - itโ€™s more of an adopted lifestyle that people follow because itโ€™s expected of a young person now.

Culture and focus/intent is not the same. Hence you see people with no business in a real gym taking up space and posting on social media.

Yeah, guys had tons of them, bigger variety than women before lol. I don't get why they're apparently fine by all looking the exact same as eachother. Like, what's point in that.

As u said, before a guy would have the slash haircut, then standing 2 feet away some guy would have a spiky all over cut. There was just awesome variety, which no has anymore. It's so boring now.

No and ur last line topped off the entire problem.

No, from like 1980 odd or whatever, there was a steady incline on the general guy, but when 2013/14/15 hit, it dived off of a cliff.

EDIT: 1700th post!!
