3 things:

1. My diet. Currently on a cut.

2. Working out. Trying to maintain as much muscle mass as I can until the gyms open.

3. M'lady's pregnancy. It's been an extremely tough pregnancy for her and several times we have been afraid to lose the twins due to premature birth combined with the twins having growth problems. She's almost at week 31 now, but at week 23 she got admitted to the counry's best hospital and had to stay there for a full month before it was safe for her to leave. She went through surgery and had all kinds of medicine imaginable.
I have always wanted to become a tampon. My dream is to be inserted into a woman's chamber of love and absorb her lady juices.

I just usually go on a huge calorie defecit ~900 cal

it doesn't bother me that much being hungry compared to others

this time around I am definitely going to be a little more lenient than I was last summer

for my cut last year I ate nothing but rice, chicken, eggs etc. lol

holy fk lmao 900kcal sounds brutal. Classic bodybuilding method. Have you ever considered just letting the cut take forever at higher kcals, or do you think it just won't work? I want to get shredded at least once in my life, but I feel its a massive commitment cause everyone says it sucks

honestly I just wanna be shredded for the summer(moving to HUGE beach/outdoors scene) and don't wanna waste time

the way I look at it is, the quicker I can get cut the quicker I will be able to lean bulk again

my body responded nicely to my last lean bulk(after cutting), didn't really put on any fat at all until fall/winter hit with TONS of work/stress and spiraled into a depression/laziness lol

Yeah I agree with that, if you can transition out of it without getting fat af its a good approach, especially if you are "naturally lean" i.e don't get hungry a whole lot. 900kcal sounds so fkin brutal though lmao ,you employ some special tactics to make that chit work? fasting a lot ?

some days were really tough doing that big of a defecit, I think reason for that is just how strict the dieting was

I was eating literally no good tasting food at all lol, also I believe my fats were a bit low

once every 2 weeks or so I would do a refeed where id order a **** ton of Italian food and go to town

It's possible, I've seen guys age 50+ lockdown sloots of that age .

Most of those guys had one thing in common, decent style but most importantly being wealthy

I feel that OP, the gyms closed one week here and got closed two more weeks after that.
I was finally getting back to it and they close it again, what a waste

It's working out that matters the most to me right now. I just want to lift

Right now my goal is to lower bodyfat. Still trying to get rid of the last 10-15 pounds from COVID lockdowns, and within reach right now.

Been on an intense cut for only like 2 weeks now, but already noticing a big change. Within two more weeks of doing the same thing, I should be in good enough shape for Summer. It's nice when you only have like 15-20 pounds to lose, because a month of cutting makes such a big difference.

**** I feel bad for you. I mean Im not as buff as you but the thought of not being able to train would hurt.

Try to do body weight exercises. a set of push ups to failure is better than nothing. Good luck for you.

I on the other hand am eager to try to sing in front of a good mic. Id love to make my own music. I might be getting a very good microphone, Ill get the software from the reddit specialists.

I hope yall have fun trying new stuff.
