Wife had a rough work week and wanted to drink so we got plastered and ordered a pizza last night. Looks like I have a nice morning of cardio and legs ahead of me. Oh well still on pace to lose 20 pounds by September.

Cool story Brah time. Coworker bought a grip of Mexican food, Sonoran hotdogs and toritos. Torito is a bacon wrapped pepper stuffed with cheese. I ate the dog and passed on the torito. My other 5’9 250lb coworker said eat it it’s keto. I said I don’t do keto. He said carbs make you fat. I said nah calories do. He said no carbs do. I said ok and left it at that. Meanwhile I’ve lost 23lbs smfh, I get no respect

TFW coming up on 10 yr anniversary in June. Booked our trip to the beach up here in the northeast so my body shall be ready for June 9th.

Headed to Arizona for a week in a few days. That's exactly what I plan on doing. Punish myself with hikes in the morning and down some tall boys of either SanTan or Scottsdale Blonde. Finish it off with some good food.

Just logged onto see if anyone is still tanning. Thinking of hitting the standing tanning bed once a week for a few mins just to get that initial tan before hitting the lake this summer. Don't wanna get out there and burn.
