I think 'cuteness' (vs hot/sexy or beautiful) oftentimes accompanies softer facial features. She is more angular (pointed nose, chin/jaw, etc..).

If you simply asked what she is from 1-10 I'd give a solid 7.5.

But since you specify 'cuteness', she's only about a 6/10 for that.

Average to me is slim/not overweight girl with no special beatiful features (but I don’t live in the US where everyone is obese). I rated her a 7 since OP asked for cuteness, not overall looks. 6-7/10 on cuteness is reasonable as the girl has rather hard facial features. And it's above average, so by definition "superior to the majority of women". Up your rating game brah!
