Best underwear for big legs? (srs)

Legs are between 25-28" (haven't measured in awhile).

2 problems:

1) chaffing when walking

2) boxers riding up my leg and having to pull them down


For years now I generally just wear compression shorts to solve those problems (nike and under amour). They're great for every day use, but it does get a little embarrassing when hooking up with a chick to pull off ur pants and ur wearing them (srs).

I've got pretty decent hamuel L Jacksons and i can wear Umbro cotton+spandex boxy briefs no problem
