what kinda twinks work at department of health srs

There's also evidence that, in the long term, consuming too much protein can lead to an increased risk of osteoporosis and can also worsen existing kidney problems.

The Department of Health advises adults to avoid consuming more than twice the recommended daily intake of protein (55.5g for men and 45g for women).

Context, brother. They warn against going over 110g regularly for people with existing issues, I'm inclined to agree from a health standpoint.

Ah, well I'm guilty of just reading what was in the OP and not the entire article, that's my fault. It makes sense if it's what you wrote and would agree with you.

Drink like two pints of milk per day, undertake regular load bearing exercise, also male. Also eating something that increases testosterone production.

High risk of osteoporosis.

Pick one.
