I have a small bulge/mass on the right side of my dink

Been there for as long as i can remember
Its only there when i get an erection
Feels like a giant vein but when you look at it its just a bulge
Some girls trip out about it

Feels bad man
-even lifts
-gonna make it or die trying crew

Your cawk’s shaft is wrapped in a fibrous capsule of connective tissue. This surrounds and provides structure to your urethra and corpus cavnernosa, as well as additional jawns we need not get into.

The corpus cavernosa let’s the cawk get all erect and meaty. You likely have a defect in your fibrous capsule causing herniation of internal contents, venous supply, whatever.

If it’s always been there it’s a congenital issue. During development things just didn’t come together 100%. Nothing really to worry about - but I’m not a urologist.

If it’s new or getting worse bring it up to your family doc. Kind of hard to help further without physical examination.

its a benign fibrous mass. doctor can remove it if you want. technically a tumor. just say it gives you painful errections.
