just turned 33 today boyos

feelsolderman

decided i'm gonna cut my sugar and dairy intake by 80% at least, maybe even more if I can.

also gonna start deadlifting with a belt and knee wraps and start taking care of dem dere joints a little more lol.. got up to a pretty damn high deadlift without them though

Just turned 30 and sprained the **** out of my ankle so I’m rocking a boot right now. Still been getting my upper body lifts in and this whole situation has really invigorated me to hit it even harder once it’s healed. Cheers to aging well bros.
