I put no, but my unhappiness stems from easily fixed first world problems and frustration with the social climate currently, easily fixed if I just let things go.

Hell yeah I'm happy.
Life can be hard, and I will never stop struggling, but I think happiness in life runs deeper than day to day stresses..
The only alternative to this life is death, lets make the most of it boyos.

Voted No but tbh I'm not sure. Not really happy or unhappy. More or less numb to everything. Don't have good reasons to be unhappy. But feel like I'm drifting through life and the latter part of my 20s - turning 28 in November. Where the hell did time go

Not really. I'm happy for everything God has given me. But my dad fkd me up pretty good so I mess up every relationship I get into. Plus my entire family are alcoholics minus my sister's and one cousin.
On a mood stabilizer to keep me from being aggressive and an antidepressant plus thyroid pills.
My last real relationship I made bad choices and got myself into debt.
So, no not really.

Are you depressed?
Because I am. Iโm always tired, down, unmotivated, feeling hopeless, overthinking, anxious, stressing out so much, etc.
Iโm not content with life, so yeah. Youโre not alone with that one. And I feel the depressed people often are quiet and donโt speak up often. Especially the guys.

Your happiness depends on your mindset, atleast for most people living in the west.

Can't travel like I have been for half my life and it sucks ass. My job is amazing compared to every other job I've ever had and I get paid way more than I ever thought I could without a degree. I have 3 girls I see regularly and enjoy hanging/banging. Great friends I see often and hobbies that keep me busy. I'm happy for the most part but life could be more exciting like in the past. I guess I'm as happy as I can be during this covid BS but I'll be happier when/if we're ever "free" again

Of course, always happiness outweighs self-pity.

100% happy seems made up. It's impossible for literally everything to be exactly how you want it.

Iโm pretty happy with my bachelor semi-rotting lifestyle but still struggle from mental health issues. Also Iโve noticed that alot of the people around me just donโt seem happy. Most people seem to be carrying some kind of mental weight around

No one is "happy" 100% of the time. If they claim they are, they're flat out lying.
Honestly, peoples' unrealstic expectations with constantly pursuing and expecting "happiness" is a huge part of why so many people end up miserable/unhappy even though their lives seem pretty good on the surface. Not feeling "fulfilled" at work? Just go get a new job, even if it's not primarly for the purpose of getting ahead in your career somehow. Bored with your spouse? Just get a divorce and go bang new exciting people.
Those are just a couple examples of the negative mentality society encourages. In reality, the grass is not always greener on the other side. Learn to be satisified with simply being content most of the time rather than expecting constant dopamine rushes of "happiness", because that's a surefire path to disappointment.
